Shipping is complimentary for many Josh Yöung Design House products within the continental United States. These products ship via FedEx Ground/Express within 10 business days from date of order.

We offer a variety of shipping options for commissions on canvas, dependent on size. Larger pieces are delivered white glove after being expertly packed by our professional fine art shipping company. Please see our Commissions page to request a quote or for more information on commissioning a piece of artwork.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are pleased to offer international shipping. Please note all orders outside of Canada have a $200 USD purchase minimum. To request a quote, email info@joshyoungdesignhouse.com.

RETURNS

All purchases are final. In the rare case that one of your items arrives damaged, please send photos of the damaged item and the original packaging that includes a clear view of the FedEx label to claims@joshyoungdesignhouse.com.

A replacement will be sent to you, free of charge. For one-of-a-kind and vintage items, please email info@joshyoungdesignhouse.com.
